    Been here for about a week now, it would be close to 5 stars if I couldn't hear the people above and all around me me stomping, talking, and pretty much do anything through the whole night and day, I can hear every time they walk anywhere in their apartment, I can hear every time they flush a toilet, every time they open a drawer and close it, I can pretty much hear everything :D, and the entire parking lot is full by night time, I'm writing this review because I read through reviews and wish ...
    there were more, I saw someone from 2018 say exactly what I'm saying now and that's the only review I saw say that, so I thought it was just their bad luck and maybe it actually was just their bad luck and mine too I guess. It's a very nice place but yea, guess you just need to get lucky on where your place is located and the people around you, or idk maybe they're all like that.

  • Don't live in building 4!!!

    They tried to sell us on living in the building that overlooks the pool and has the club house downstairs....to make extra money from us I'm sure. Biggest mistake of my life. There is noise at the pool constantly and it sounds like it's coming right from inside your apartment...and there's nothing they do about it. People will have parties out there til 11 pm just yelling. The security here is a JOKE. The guy literally told us he couldn't do anything about it even though the people partying and ...
    screaming were breaking pool rules bc they were there after close. And the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors TV. It's awful and the woman living above me stomps constantly and we kept complaining and they said they'd move us to a different apartment on the top floor. Never happened. Save yourself the trouble!

  • Terrible Management

    I have been a resident at this complex for 8 months and all was great until the management company changed. My car has been towed 3 times without any notice, which the lease mandates!!! Management is under the impression that only tenants must honor the lease agreement. The property manager, April is completely unresponsive to residents and is very rude and dismissive if you ever do get in contact with her. I guess she thinks only her time is valuable. Her lack of professionalism is astonishing. ...

  • Dont live here!

    We have lived here for 8 months now and we loved it at first but then about a month or two in we needed maintenance but no one answers the phone ever at the leasing office. If you go up there you hear it ring and no one answers it. This place is a joke and not worth the money we pay so save your money and rent somewhere else. We can hear everything that happens above us and I mean everything. We hear dogs constantly barking in other apartments from our apartment with the door shut. We can also ...
    hear every word spoken in the breezeway. The apartments are not well insulated. Not to mention they put a sticker on my car threatening to tow it because I havnt gotten my registration sticker in the mail yet! They are rude inconsiderate of laws that give you leaneancy on your tag (but let a car that was undrinkable sit in the lot for 6 months) and the office people never know what is going on EVER! Do not live here save your money!!!

  • Not worth it

    It looks nice on the outside but the amenities are constantly broken, the apartments are cheaply made, you can hear each footstep/toilet flush/washing machine/tv from your neighbors, and if you come home past 9pm you won’t find a parking spot and risk getting towed. You can find somewhere for the same price of a higher quality.

  • Big Disappointment!

    Don’t let the impressive club house fool you. The apartment was just as noisy as my last apartment, which was almost half the cost. Throughout my lease, false information was provided. Not enough parking for some of the buildings. Before signing your lease, visit the parking lot after 9pm and see for yourself.

    I plan to renew my lease again! The staff has been very friendly and they do a lot to keep residents happy. The amenities are finally open and they are fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Great place to live in Huntersville/Charlotte area!

  • Like living in a hotel!

    I have had an exceptional living experience at Silver Collection. Any minor issues I have had were taken care of promptly. Lots of gatherings for residents and even daily continental breakfast. It feels like living in a hotel! Many reviewers have complained about parking , but I have not had issue finding a spot. The value is great compared to other apartment in area. I have just renewed my lease and plan to be a resident for a long time to come!

  • Love my home!

    I moved from out of state and leased sight unseen. I couldn't be happier with my decision! The staff has been great to work with. The maintenance guys are also very friendly and prompt! The amenities are fantastic and makes it feel like living in a hotel or resort. Even have daily continental breakfast every morning and it's actually a pretty big spread! They are always having gatherings and events for their residents. I initially was only going to rent an apartment until I found a house to rent ...

  • Look Elsewhere

    The amenities were promised to be finished within about 3 months from the time I moved in and 12 months later they are still not available, not one of them. Leasing agents will say anything to get you to lease, mostly lies. They have no control over anything and have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the terms of the lease. Valet Trash creates a large mess which makes hallways and elevators smell of trash. They never come on time and usually make a lot of noise between 11:30PM ...
    and midnight. There are smelly puddles all over from them. Not worth the $20 a month. Parking is a big issue with residents. There are not enough spots for everyone and the biggest building isn't even completed yet. Look elsewhere for a place to live.
