The worst
January 30, 2023Broken mailboxes, constant parties, no clearing of ice and snow from parking lot or walkways, management will say one thing then another, no BBQs but they’ll say you can have them, really awful tenant service.Property Manager Responded

Not a good company to rent from
July 17, 2022I was charged 1100 dollars to replace carpet that wasn't new when i moved in. They also claimed to smell dog urine when i never owned a dog. And 2000 dollars for a new bathtub because they claim that I damaged the one in the apartment because it wasn't on my move-in inspection sheet, when they weren't even the managers of the complex yet. I'm sure that the 5 star rating is for the previous management company and not MG Properties. I was a tenant for two years here, always paid my rent on time and ...put in maintenance requests for everything. They will try to take advantage of you when you move out. I am a single dad and for this company to put me in a bad predicament after being a good tenant is disappointing.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
July 17, 2019Do not move in here. When I moved out I was told by the office manager that someone was moving into my unit. Well 3 weeks later I get told I have to pay the remainder of the lease and that I have to pay a lease break fee because supposedly the person they had rented it to backed out. So they want me to pay the entire lease and an additional lease break fee, even though that means I would have paid the lease in full. Now I cannot seem to get an answer from the office. They are not responding to ...emails. They are not listening nor are they willing to do anything to help the situation. You can never find parking. You can hear the interstate traffic inside the unit. They are slow to hear back from. And they can never seem to give you a straight answer on anything. Not good if you have small children
July 11, 2018It's currently overpriced for not having any assigned parking spaces or a pool or formal clubhouse. We love the complex for the most part but having to park 2-3 buildings away with 3 small children (not to mention groceries) because people have 2-6 cars per apartment gets very frustrating in extreme weather months.Review from Apartments.com
