3 weeks with no working A/C
February 23, 2025My stay as a current tenant started off (May)pretty pleasant. in the beginning i had an issue with the lock on the main door, where from the outside it was almost impossible to lock it. The matter was resolved pretty quick. Worst management ever
October 29, 2024Family that lived there had nothing but problems with management. They would not enforce rules broken from other tenants. Appropriate notice was given when moving, apartment was clean, and still sent a bill when rent until move out was paid in advance. Do not recommendReview from Apartments.com
FALSE CLAIMS
October 10, 2024Moved out and returned keys, cleaned entire apartment from top to bottom. I have videos and photos to back how clean I left it. checked in physical with office to make sure everything was good in August. now I am receiving emails saying I owe money because I trashed the apartment. I spoke with onsite lady that I originally checked in with and she told me I had to take up with collection agency and hung up in my face when I requested to speak to the manager.
