January 15, 2025I love everything about Simmons Park! Close access to surrounding town of lovely Daniel Island. Close to Waterfront park which is amazing! Short distance to Mount Pleasant and Charleston! 5 stars, would give more if possible!!Property Manager Responded

Great location, dated apartments
October 23, 2024Property was undergoing updates when we moved out but our apartment was not updated before we left. Had some issues with residents dogs barking all hours. Management lost our dogs paperwork every year we renewed which was frustrating. Building fire alarms went off a lot, including the middle of the night, no actual fires as far as I know. Location was amazing, good value for the price.Property Manager Responded
