    I love everything about Simmons Park! Close access to surrounding town of lovely Daniel Island. Close to Waterfront park which is amazing! Short distance to Mount Pleasant and Charleston! 5 stars, would give more if possible!!

    Love the location and am enjoying my time here. I will say that I don’t agree with fees to park in the garage when there isn’t adequate parking outside of that option.

    Maintenance of pool area blow away all leaves around area. Pool table is in need of serious maintenance. Balls are chipped cue ball has a large chip and pool rails need repair or replacement.

    Safe community with great amenities. Walkable distance to Credit One Stadium and various shops and restaurants. You can hear some of the concerts from your balcony.

  • Great location, dated apartments

    Property was undergoing updates when we moved out but our apartment was not updated before we left. Had some issues with residents dogs barking all hours. Management lost our dogs paperwork every year we renewed which was frustrating. Building fire alarms went off a lot, including the middle of the night, no actual fires as far as I know. Location was amazing, good value for the price.

    It’s been pretty good, the units need to better move in ready , when I moved in my sink was not properly secured to the cabinet and then when I filled it with dishes and unfortunately fell, which is basically the biggest issue I think
