    Sitka is a great apartment. It doesn't fall behind average apartments in this neighbourhood. Rent is higher and similar to high-rises, which is the biggest downside. But it's well-maintained.

    Sitka is the finest apartment complex in South Lake Union. You can pay more and get (in some cases) a lot less. Do yourself a favor and check Sitka out *before* you run all over town looking at other options.

    Sitka is a lovely building with professional staff, a clean building, updated/open living spaces, and a large number of community amenities. Though parking is a bit expensive, and the amount for pet rent seems a little ridiculous, living at Sitka provides piece of mind through a variety of locked doors - you need a fob to get anywhere in the building. Which is so nice as a single female living alone in the city!
