Nice Area but Upkeep is Poor
July 31, 2023I have been here for 3 1/2 years. I love the area but the living conditions are very poor. Roaches are literally in the walls and black mold constantly grows and the air conditioning doesn't work properly. Maintenance is not dependable and the lies that you are told are very unnecessary. Pest control isn't worth even getting because it only makes the roaches worst. Water is always off and it's always a leak. The money that is paid for rent isn't worth it. You have no amenties..no washer/dryer ...connections, no pool or anything. Very peaceful area but not worth the bullcrap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 4, 2022Have been here for roughly 6 months. Water gets shut off for a couple days a month. Black mold in almost all the apartments. Terrible management. No a/c for majority of the year. Most of the dryers do not work and a couple months ago they offered $25 gift cards for positive reviews so anything you see above a one star rating is a paid reviewReview from Apartments.com

Amazing Job
October 21, 2021New Management and maintenance are amazing! They do not get enough credit honestly before they came along there was fights every night now its so quiet, almost a little to quite. The new managers Jessika and yecina are amazing they helped my brother out so much in the moving process it unreal. positive attitudes and she super bubbly and hilarious.
