It’s close to end of my lease, it’s literally the worst place to live. The homes need LOTS of updates and they will not fix anything just bandaid like they don’t care, been dealing wit it for 2years. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Old dish washer that won’t wash correctly, then go blame you for 20 year old dish washer not working property. It’s excuse for them every time but solution, to me that sounds like laziness & careless act. But it is fine, I’ll be living.

Sky Terrace

I have been living on the premises for a year now. My kids love the neighborhood and pool. They have met many new friends there. I love my home and am very comfortable living there. The rental is staff are professional and prompt to the residents. The Maintenance staff is great!! The kids school my kids attend are fantastic with their education curriculum. Thanks Sky Terrace for making this my new home!!!!

I love this community

I am a new resident here. So far I love it. Excellent location and wonderful schools. It is a nice clean and quiet community. The office staff is the best. The location is convenient to everything. So many retail establishments and restaurants. This is by far the best townhouse community we have ever lived. My childgren and I love it.
