May 4, 2025I have been a resident for 4 years. Every year there is a concerns. At first it was tenants that were loud and disrespectful. The pool area was always crowded with people who didn’t live in the building. We have 3 elevators and they are never all working at the same time. We had an infestation of nats for an entire summer it was unbearable. I now feel the building is infested with roaches. It’s just been a crazy 4 years. I have not used the pool area in two years because every summer it ...like party central. For the amount of rent I pay on time this is ridiculous. April 23, 2025Iv been here 4 years, and it’s mediocre.. the rent increases but nothing changes at the complex. Never had a security officer, which i always hate.. gates always broken, elevators always broken, no real amenities… staff not the friendliest… idk it’s just not worth the price or increases.Property Manager Responded
