July 8, 2021Too expensive for an outdated, ran down, bug & mold infested apartments. They look great on the outside, but once you living here it’s awful! Management needs improvement as well. Severe trash problem. Gates are broken quite often. Outdated window, kitchen & bathroom tub is plastic and filthy. Strange orders in the apartment. Awful management, Dirty run down buildings
April 26, 2020These apartments are very run down and dirty. Maintenance is horrible. Can’t swim at the pool because it is too dirty, very small and not heated. Hot tub smells bad all the time nasty. The apartment community has a trash problem with trash bins overflowing frequently, trash all over the place in the bushes and walkway. Outdated kitchens and bathrooms plastic tub, old refrigerator and oven. Theft is rampant. Very small filthy gym with old broken equipment. Skylark is NOT a luxury apartment ...complex, and too expensive for the condition of the interior and exterior of the apartments, the staff must write their own reviews because Skylark is a dumpy not good place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 10, 2020Old buildings (1980s), outdated interiors and appliances, small narrow plastic tubs, very dirty hallways that were never cleaned or painted, poor shabby landscaping and maintenance, dirty not heated pool, dirty hot tub, small outdated gym, only single pain windows and poor insulation makes very noisy, very cold in winter and hot in summer, no central air conditioning. single pain windows with poor insulation cracked paint contribute to moisture build up foggy windows mold in the apartment, loud ...neighbors partying at night, overall would not recommend Skylark.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
