July 5, 2023Overall, the staff, including maintenance, are not exactly rude, but rather lazy. I’ve brought the same concerns to their attention with little to no response. Security is lacking. The side door entrance is not properly installed; anyone can just pull the door and it’ll open. The hallways are not consistently cleaned, and the carpeting is old with lots of stains, which leads to a standing odor.Property Manager Responded

Worst rental experience
June 24, 2023From the horrible service from the leasing office, to the upkeep of the community, roach and bug infestation issues, residents not being held accountable for cleaning up after their pets, homeless people on property, I just don’t know what else could be worst than this. And not forgetting fluctuating rent every month. Overcharged and undelivered. Don’t even consider moving here. You will regret it!Property Manager Responded
