June 15, 2022Overall I am happy with the community. My one large complaint is that my apartment is next to the garbage chute and there are no rules or common courtesy signs asking residents to not use after certain hours and to refrain from putting large or bulky items down the chute. IT IS EXTREMELY LOUD!! And a common courtesy sign would go a long way to ensure residents are respectful of one another.Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend at all
January 12, 2022I have been checking the one-bed units and I did not like the apartment at all. Even though the 1BDR apartments are like 935 sqft, the design is terrible, and the whole space is wasted. The apartment shown to me had absolutely no view, and the unit was nothing like the photos they have on their website. I do not think the apartment is worth the steep price at all. The agents might try to push you to sign a lease without seeing the exact unit you would be renting, that is a bad idea, and for ...sure inspect the unit before signing any lease. I personally would never look at this property again, and I do not recommend it at all.Property Manager Responded
