Mailboxes are difficult to open. I would recommend replacing the old mailboxes with new ones and enclosed the area and place a code/ keypad where only tenants and delivery personnel have access. Maybe have a security or doorman throughout the day. Overall, the building in woodside needs an extreme makeover. The Plus side…Location. Parking fee and rent are ideal. Most important the cleaning crew and superintendent do the best they can considering what they are up against, which is a lot!
