August 30, 2024The grounds are very well kept. It’s a very quiet community tucked back in a great neighborhood. My first thought was that it was in a great location near lots of shopping centers and other businesses. Great responsive staff and very helpful as well. Ceiling Leaked for Two Years
January 6, 2023Good luck if you run into any issues with your apartment (which you will). Management fails to communicate on issues or ghosts you. These brand new apartments were shoddily constructed and though they claim they were completely rebuilt, they are not. My ceiling has been leaking for a year (once caving in and I was unable to use one of my bedrooms for a month). My AC was out for three months in the spring. Their pool is crumbling and a safety hazard. There is no “fitness center”. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2022I just moved into sodel a month ago and i am so pleased. The apartment has a brand-new stainless-steel refrigerator and oven that are the nicest ones i have ever had. It feels like a brand new home with all of the remodeling they have done.
