May 13, 2025I love living here! location is perfect. Safety is priority. The building is very clean and staff was very helpful getting me moved in and securing the freight elevator to ease the process. Close to grocery store, bars, and food! Views from the floor to ceiling windows sealed the deal. Price point is very reasonable!Property Manager Responded

The new on-site convenience market in the main lobby is a fantastic addition! The leasing professionals, concierge team, maintenance crew, and on-site management are all incredibly professional, attentive, courteous, and proactive in addressing any questions, concerns, or repairs promptly. The property is always impeccably maintained, both inside and out. If ...you have a furry friend, this super dog-friendly community is perfect—private dog runs are clean and easily accessible for quick outings. Above all, it's wonderful to live in a place where you're always greeted with a warm smile, whether from a staff member or a fellow resident. March 16, 2025It’s in downtown but safe, one of the best residential building in Houston downtown. Maintenance and concierge service is really good. Only thing I don’t like is ceiling is not painted and balcony windows are never cleaned as part of annual window cleaning.Property Manager Responded

Stunning rooftop views.
February 19, 2025I had a great tour at Sodo on Main! The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, and the whole staff was very friendly. I was planning on applying to live in a one bedroom there but unfortunately my moving plans changed.
