December 1, 2024Sodo on Main has more pros than cons, with the largest cons simply being the increasing rent prices and poor communication with management. The location is prime and with 24/7 concierge, occasional security, flexible free parking for yourself/guests, and responsive maintenance, living here is usually good. The amenities are cool, but can become too busy to utilize sometimes despite the 2 guests per resident rule. Noise is to be expected in this area of town, but it is nothing unbearable. ...Ultimately. I would recommend living here if you have the funds to not be bothered by inconveniences like occasionally broken elevators and poor communication with leasing agents.Property Manager Responded
