July 6, 2024Wonderful home but expensive I lived three years here. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved living in the canyon with deer and owls and other wildlife. Loved the access to the hiking trails at end of road.. pool was nice. Access to some shops and restaurants but other neighborhoods are way better. Very expensive including $125/month just to flush the toilet and I lived alone and worked 5 days a week. If you’re comfortable paying around $3000/month rent then this place is really nice.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful location. Noisy apartments.

Good location but terrible management

February 25, 2022I would recommend because it's a nice complex. And very diverse. People feel safe from the crazies here. Along with a huge dog population living her and trailheads, trails, wildlife, and WaterDog Lake. But the rent is still too high. People a moving in droves to less expensive states. Renter above me starts moving at 5am and disrupts my daily sleep as you can hear their steps around the entire room.
