Not good
October 3, 2022Lived here for a year. During that time we have had 2 main issues with our 2 bedroom apartment. The first issue was a leak under the floor of 1 of our bedrooms. They had to jack hammer, dry the area, and re do the floors. This took them 3 weeks to complete at which time we could not use the bedroom. After months of follow up, it once finally agreed that I would be compensated for these 3 weeks. Unfortunately the employee that told me this then left SoFi and I am not getting a response from ...anyone else. The second issues was a leak from the ceiling of our only bathroom. It was a construction site for 1 week. No compensation either. Aside from the maintenance issus, the gates are constantly left open. June 15, 2022I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex for two things. 1. There isn't enough parking which you have to pay for considering the gates continue to stay open without any reasoning or resident notice. 2.
