    This place is horrible. It may look nice on your tour and they talk a big talk but after you move it, you will regret it. Absolutely no parking if you have more then 1 car which most people do. Management has changed so often and do not help with any issues. 2 managers came and left while we lived here for about 14 months and has not been replaced as of yet. Any noise issue will not be addressed whatsoever. There are always cars without parking pass parked inside but security do not tow the cars ...
    even though there are signs all over the place which makes it hard for the actual residents to find parking which results in parking outside the gate, and when parked outside, your car will likely get broken into. Property knows about all the break ins but do not do anything about it. Very over priced for such a awful place!!! DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU ON THE TOUR!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PLACE!!!!

    When I first moved here I was in awe but after living here for awhile I am disappointed. They have changed owners and management twice. I have not seen any of the big issues addressed and taken care of at all. While the apartments are nice looking on the outside and inside the actual apartments there are many other issues that are a real problem. Parking is terrible and they put in the newsletter that they are working on the parking issue. So they hire a security guard and that changes nothing ...
    lol. The parking is insufficient for the renters and that’s just that and they don’t have any room to add additional parking anywhere in this area. It’s loud, people smoke in their apartments and in the stairwell. I can hear my neighbors conversations and their weed smoke has my apartment stinky. People leave garbage in front of there doors and there is the attack of the flies. There are packages stolen and opened by people in the mailroom. While it is convenient to many places there are other cities that have more shopping and better restaurants. Oh and tons of parking. Parking in the street is dangerous because I see homeless people looking into cars and many times have seen cars parked on the street with broken windows. I have seen homeless people being escorted out of the gated complex in the early hours of the mornings. The safety is definitely something to be concerned with and the cleanliness. Weed paraphernalia in the stairwell and condoms. The amount of rent that is paid here I’m sure you can find somewhere nicer than here like I will be doing.

    I have lived on this property for over two years. Since then management and staff have changed. The package retrieval from Usps has been improved. However after six months of a nuisance shared wall unit violating the property quiet hours multiple times a month nothing has been done. The security has done their job along with Richmond police department but management has failed to do their job. Every tenant has a right to quiet enjoyment and if your shared wall unit is partying repeatedly during ...

  • No Parking, No Ac, Bad Area

    There is no reason to live here when there are other nicer places 5 minutes away, in a better area where there are no homeless people hanging around the creek. This area is in the cusp of San Pablo and the tenants are horrible. They complain about any sound they hear from the thin walls and floors. UGH!!!

  • Not Worth It!

    The staff is very nice and I want to thank them for fixing the gates, finally but there are other places that are better . for sure. These apartments have very thin walls and floors where you WILL hear your neighbor walk, talk , argue and what have you. There is no AC and summer time will be horrendous with the heat. There is absolutely no guest parking and thieves come in and steal catalytic converters in the parking area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

  • Too Expensive for various reasons

    Solace apartments are not new they are remodeled. They are too expensive cheap wholesale products they put in those apartments. They don’t power wash the windows or the buildings they are dirty with bird poop. You can’t enjoy your balcony because of the birds and their poop. The garbage bring flies into the stairwell which is dirty. Dog poop is left in the grass or thrown by the garbage in the poop bag. Parking is horrible for residents and there is no guest parking.

  • A work in progress, but accommodating!

    The property is a work in progress. Lots of construction still going on, but the apartments are beautiful on the inside. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are not open YET. There have been many delays, however, the STAFF is amazing. Incredibly accommodating. You leave them a message and they get back to you literally within the hour. They call you with updates about EVERYTHING, and leave cute door messages for you. 24-hour maintenance. Had my washer flood 5 times and maintenance came in every time. We ...
