Basic apartment with the same issues as non luxury apartments.. only luxury part is the price.. access gates always broken, hot water sucks, water pressure in shower is bad, holes under my sink, little open parking, when i first moved in i had no heater.. it was 58 degrees in my apartment in winter.. list goes on.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2021Solaire is a nice community but as a first time resident, I am severely disappointed in the security, or lack thereof. The first night in, our cars in our garage were broken into and important documents were stolen. My sister who lives with me submitted a notice on the theft on the portal but it's been over a month and it has not yet even been posted on there. Word was they were going to install cameras in the blindspots in front of the detached garages but no such work has been done. This would ...go such a long way in making us feel safer. We just moved here and now I don't know if it was the best decision.Property Manager Responded
