Under New Management
September 7, 2021I was extremely excited to apply for an apartment after touring the property with Shay a few weeks ago. She was very nice, professional but super sweet and the property was very nice however when I just called to apply, I was very abruptly told they are under new management and even though the website says there are apartments available, Ashley in a very cold tone just stated there is nothing until the second week of November. I understand changes happen but maybe some coaching on how to explain ...that to potential new residents would be nice. Save your money and sanity
April 10, 2018Save your money and sanity by avoiding this train wreck. Buildings are cheap garbage, the management is lacking in every aspect. We had several move in delays due to quality control issues with construction of the apartments. The clubhouse (excluding pool) have finally opened after 9 months of delays.Property Manager Responded

Poor Quality
March 29, 2018Noisy, thin walls, cheaply built, no amenities and always lied to about when things will be done. Going on 7 months with no amenities but they never prorated the rent during this time or supplied us with other options!Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
November 8, 2017First off, the Property Management people here straight out lie. There is no club house, no pool, and no sauna or any of the other amenities that they are advertising. Everything is extra, even trash. I was told trash was included, and then I got billed for trash services. When I called and asked, they only replied that I have to take it up with the water/trash company. The apartments are new and large, but very cheaply and poorly built. I already had to put in almost a dozen maintenance ...requests because things were not functioning properly or broken. Also, the walls are so thin that I can hear everything. I can hear my neighbor upstairs stomping around so loudly every morning from 6AM to 8AM, that the ceiling fan literally shakes. The final straw for me was when I was threatened with eviction based on unauthorized occupants. I'm the only one living here, and sometimes my mom comes to visit. Even convicts in state lock up are allowed visitors. I spoke to an attorney,and was advised this is a common harassment tactic used to attempt to deter tenants from filing complaints, maintenance requests, or reporting code violations. Also, now they are implementing a new policy. All vehicles must be registered with the office and decals will be issued. If a vehicle on the property doesn't have a decal, it will be immediately towed. So, apparently, your not allowed to have visitors when you live here, even so it doesn't say that in the lease. If you don't mind living in a prison camp, with constant noise all hours of the day and night, then it's an ok place.Property Manager Responded
January 9, 2018Hello, we do appreciate your review and an opportunity to grow in areas that may be lacking. In response, we have attempted to be transparent in advising we are currently under construction and opening in phases. Unfortunately, the amenities will open in Spring of 2018 but our team is working diligently to produce a quality product. We have also tried to advise that only cable and internet is included and have implemented a new parking policy to address a growing concern from other residents with parking in Phase I. As for noise, we do apologize if you have experienced disturbances but we are guilty of exuding some of the same traits as other apartment communities in the sense that sometimes neighbors can be heard but do hope to eliminate this problem in future projects. We hope that since this review your stay has gotten better and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
