October 22, 2024I was looking for a place to live where I could retain my independance and I found it at Solana Lakewood. Having amenities on site is a real bonus, I've gotten a haircut, gone to church in the theatre, visited the parcel drop box every day, watched some news in the Game Room, had breakfast in the Great Room and l plan to quilt in the Craft Room. Attending a social event without having to drive or find a ride is great. If you are bored here it would be your own fault. The apartments are well ...designed with lots of storage and when I ask how long people have lived here I am getting responses anywhere form 2 months to almost 5 years. Is always someone or something to enjoy. It is a happy active community. My apartment has everything I need. I especially love the large bathroom and closet. This last year with so much management changes and reductions in staff has created a lot of unhappy residents including myself. The new investment owners seem to want a bigger profit by decreasing personnel and increasing prices that are 3 to 4 times the cost of living expenses that many of us soon will soon not be able to afford to live here.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2024I love living in Solana Lakewood. There are many amenities and activities I enjoy. Parking spots were not designed for senior citizens, as many are distant from the resident building. This is especially difficult during icy winter weather. I love my apartment and the swimming pool and grassy areas.Property Manager Responded
