September 20, 2023Quiet neighborhood, some units with big balconies, good access to public transportation, excellent amenities, friendly and responsive staff who put on great community events every month. Like everywhere else in Denver, rent is steadily rising. There are no elevators. Trash valet is a mandatory $25 monthly charge. It would be nice to have public bike storage (although you can pay for a garage unit). Also would be nice if public transportation could feasibly get you to the mountains. Finally, the ...WiFi and cell service in the gym do not work consistently which can be frustrating if you depend on connectivity for your workout plan.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2023Solana Olde Town Station is a beautiful and well run community. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The apartments are comfortable and there is very little sound from neighboring Apts. The amenities are fantastic. I love being able to walk to RTD and the town.
