WORST MANAGEMENT / UNIT CONDITIONS
October 11, 2023If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. No communication. 5 roof leaks 7 vehicle break-ins. Tree damage to my vehicle. Spider infested garage. Dryer stopped working. 2xs Fridge stopped working. Animal stains from previous renter - carpet not replaced. Horrendis smell in flooring that had to be replaced. Painted counter tops. Not allowed to view until prior to move-in. No compensation provided for damages to anything or time off work. Management would not schedule Saturday roof ...repairs or repairs. MOST OF ALL NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT. Even at move-out it was a hassle.Property Manager Responded
