Incompetent office staff
July 15, 2019Here's a new one for the Guinness Book of World Records! Back in May, I had not yet received a property utility bill (water, trash, sewer), so I called the office and told them that, since the amount needed to be added to the rent, that I would estimate utilities for that month. The following month, I called the office and spoke to maybe Amanda or Arlene and got the actual amount of the utility bill, which was $6.05 less than what I estimated for rent that month. So that following month, I ...applied the $6.05 credit toward rent, which I checked on first at the office and they gave me a go ahead on that. Now, three months later, I first got a legal notice to pay the $6.05 or gave legal action and/or eviction taken against me and today I received a phone call asking for the $6.05. And since it was beyond the 5th of the month, I had to get a money order, which I cannot get out of my apartment to get. My reaction is, I mean, am I on Candid Camera All this for $6.05 that I don't even owe!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roach infested
May 15, 2018Loved the layout of the apartment but after we settled the roaches came out of the woodwork & vents,,,,literally everywhere. The bug man told us there were residents who refused pest control offered twice a month so the roaches would always be there. We had asked about bugs before we moved in & were guaranteed there were none. Also, a huge pigeon problem with droppings everywhere! And, the ladies of the night & pimps are what you have for some neighbors, with the gals walking the main Fremont ...Street outside the gates, which brings unruly trafficking inside & outside the gates. Lots of parked cars parked outside the gates with unruly activity going on, at night time. Our neighbors warned us about this after we moved in The gates are a joke, most of the time not working so anyone can drive or walk in. BEWARE! We couldn't wait to move! I would give this place a Zero rating if I could.Property Manager Responded
August 20, 2018Hello, We are sorry to hear of this problem. Our company does offer free of charge pest control once per week. Also we have recently added gates, cameras and security at night to assist with any outside issues. However we would be happy to assist you with your concerns in the office. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will be a continued valued resident.

GREAT PLACE FOR SENIOR
September 12, 2015I know how hard it is to find a apartment that is affordable these days for a senior citizen on social security income. I fell across this place by surprise. My wife and I were moving from Biloxi, Mississippi to Las Vegas, NV and needed a place to move into right away. We rented sight unseen, and like anyone we were apprehensive about doing this. But, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We have a large first floor apartment renting at $610 monthly. We pay the electric and natural ...gas only and so far with the air conditioner running our highest bill is $48.17. And our gas bill was $12.00. They are quite energy efficient. The staff here are great, friendly, and down to earth. When there is a maintenance problem you could not ask for more qualified staff. The issue is fixed right away no long waiting as I have experience before. The neighbors are friendly and non unassuming. The property is kept clean and trimmed. The community office at 8:00 am Monday thru Saturday offer free coffee and treats to all residents. There are planned activities for the residents as well. The pool area is well kept also. There is plenty of covered parking for the residents and never finding a parking space close to your apartment. This would be a great place to live for any senior citizen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
