Impossible to get a hold of management/maintenance
July 30, 2024I would not recommend leasing with this company. Metropolitan Holdings took over my apartment complex a few months ago and the management has been worse since then. Similar to other reviewers, I have also had issues with maintenance responsiveness. My air conditioning has been out for a month and a half in the dead of summer and repeated attempts to reach out via phone, both to the office line and the property manager directly, their text line, and the maintenance portal have been continually ...ignored. If you want to have a comfortable living experience, I would rent elsewhere. The apartment itself is fine. Safe, quiet area, clearly pretty old but not poorly maintained. My unit gets very little natural light so it can be a little dim and depressing, but overall, I didn't have any issues until the current management took over.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
