December 15, 2024I love living here! I lived here back in 2020 when I first moved to Austin and only moved out because I had to go to a different city! Now that I was in the market for an apartment in Austin, I had to come back to Sonterra! Maintenance is always quick and fixes all my problems and the office staff is very helpful and kind. October 27, 2024Overall I’ve enjoyed being a resident here. However, over the years the communication with the staff and myself could use some improvement. On MULTIPLE occasions I’ve made very simple work order requests and they go MONTHS before I have to nag and complain to the front office until they are finally complete. My work order requests used to be completed within a week maybe two weeks from when I make the request and this hasn’t been the case for probably two years.Property Manager Responded
