    I've been searching for sometime and I always find myself coming back to these apartments. I give them a call to ask a few questions and schedule a tour. Tarrika was extremely helpful with answering all my questions, love the customer service.

  • Not A Chance

    Most disgusting community I've seen, yet. We just got to Texas, and have seen a handdull of properties, but this place is like another world. The hallway floors are so nasty from leaky trash bags. Residents here had piles of trash bags sitting outside their doors, leaking on to the floor. Lots of marijuana smells. Nope. Nobody here cares.

  • Look else where

    We’ve been tenants for over 3 years. We’re quiet, reasonable, pay on time and consistently. If you ever have a problem, and trust me you will, good luck getting help. The office is seldom open. Phone calls don’t get answered. Emails go unanswered. Beware!

  • DO not rent Here!

    o not rent here! I had nothing but trouble from this place from the moment I payed my deposit. I gladly paid over 2K extra to leave this place early. 1. they charged me a pet deposit and fee when they shouldnt have, 2. I talked to them every month about this and kept getting told "we will fix it before your next bill" 3. there is trash everywhere! I have pictures of it piled in the halls that I will be posting soon. 4. it has now been three months since I moved out. Was told I was getting ...
    everything back. have not seen a cent. 5. i just found out that money I was told would be taken care of from my security deposits was sent to collections! Ive never had any thing sent to collections in my life. and a company that owes me close to $1000 dollars sent me to collections for $131 of charges they put on AFTER they accepted the apartment back! (also I tried to pay this and their portal would no longer let me so I called them and they told me they could take it out of my refund.) Edit: 6. I just found out and received a couple of letters from the complex. that they set TO THE APT I AM NOT LONGER IN! I gave them my new address before I left. yet it took me a month to recieve a notice from them that they charged me for waste management from two months before I moved out! DO NOT do it! Aweful aweful company! Lies at every turn!
