May 21, 2024Communication here is really subpar, I can’t hardly ever get in contact with anyone but once I do, whatever was discussed gets lost in translation and is never followed through by anyone. Move in experience was bad, and NEVER ADDRESSED, have been dealing with roaches, leaks, faulty gates etc since moving here 5 months ago. Would NOT recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

I don't recommend this place.
October 9, 2023I give it two stars to respect the past administration. They always responded on time and were very responsible. however, this new management deserves zero stars. Since this new administration, I have had many problems. I have requested services, they mark it as a complement, and they are not going to fix it. I had a month and a half with the a/c, which doesn't work at 100% in the middle of summer when temperatures are 105 degrees or more. and lately, my building has been infested with large ...cockroaches, and nothing has been done. Also, the staff in the office are rude. It's a nightmare to live here. That's the reasons I'm moving.Property Manager Responded
