November 16, 2024Overall a good apartment complex but the price is too high for what you get. I’ve lived here 2.5 years now so it’s nice enough to stay, but if the rent price goes up again I will reconsider. The location is great and the floor layout is ideal for me. The office staff are generally helpful and friendly and the few maintenance items I’ve requested are addressed well. There is not enough parking for all the residents and too many reserved, paid spots that aren’t used. Trash and grounds upkeep can be ...a problem sometimes. I have some complaints about neighbors who smoke weed and play loud music late at night, but I understand that is not the apartment managements fault and the office staff are usually understanding and try to do what they can.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2024Safe and nice apartments. Never have to wprry about noise, my car being broken into etc. Staff is nice and they throw events every month. The sprinkler system is pretty annoying and people don’t pick up their dog poop so 9/10.Property Manager Responded

The staff is friendly and helpful, the community is usually quiet, the location is great, the amenities are decent and they engage in a good amount of community events! I like the layout of the apartment itself too. Biggest complaints would be too few parking spaces and the recent raise in rent.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2024I've been living here since the end of 2020. Over the years the staff has changed and there have been minor hiccups but overall the area is really nice, safe, and kid friendly. I love the fact that Buccee's and Amoco are right next door.Property Manager Responded
