February 5, 2025When we first moved here it was definitely a 5-star community.But over the last year is has really gone downhill the amenities are always getting postponed to a different date that never happens or canceled completely definitely will not be renewing our lease for a third time. And the new staff in the front is rude the only thing still good about this property is the maintenance crew.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2024We have been here at South Bay for 5 years now and love living here more every year! Where do I start…The Management and staff are friendly and responsive. They also have many fun events throughout the year. I also love the free Starbucks coffee (I’ll leave some for you!) The maintenance staff are quick to respond to my concerns and I truly believe that Roger can fix anything! John also does a great job keeping the grounds looking nice and clean! The amenities are also top-notch.
