December 17, 2024We have been here at South Bay for 5 years now and love living here more every year! Where do I start…The Management and staff are friendly and responsive. They also have many fun events throughout the year. I also love the free Starbucks coffee (I’ll leave some for you!) The maintenance staff are quick to respond to my concerns and I truly believe that Roger can fix anything! John also does a great job keeping the grounds looking nice and clean! The amenities are also top-notch. November 12, 2024On multiple occasions, I have reached out to the front office about trash being left out multiple days by my front door and not being picked. Unfortunately, I did not get a response back from the front office or from management. This is upsetting because we are required to pay for trash pick up and I have had to take the trash myself to the community trashcan. My worry is ants, the smell and rodents it attracts.Property Manager Responded
