A Management Team that cares about there residents
February 1, 2023I've lived here for 16 years and I can write this from a unique perspective. I worked here too at one point. So I know for a fact they deal with ALOT in managing this property and it can be extremely challenging. With that said our current management team including the maintenance team have almost turned this place completely around for the better. Our heat went out and maintenance came over even after hours to work on it not just once but 3 separate times. Now I'm going to brag on Dave one of ...our Maintenance people at this property stood out to me because he was extremely professional and friendly. He was respectful and explained everything he was doing. He didn't even have to do that. I would rate them higher than 5 if I could. I've seen changes in this property over the years and I can say for once it's definitely going in the right direction ad it's a breath of fresh air seeing people take to it like naturals. Great job South Peak by Vintage team, I am truly grateful your here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing staff!!!
August 3, 2022I went into the office today to find out some information about the property and to see if they have any availability. Unfortunately they didn’t but they put me on their interest list and answered all my questions and gave me other properties to check out! They really went out of their way for me!!Review from Apartments.com
Rentable but not great
June 25, 2019Let me start by saying the complex is good for low income - even if the initial entrance into the apartments is bizarre. The area is nice enough and pretty quiet but the management is the worst. First, only half the complex has ample parking so if you get unlucky enough to rent on the one side, good luck finding parking after 3pm (and goodbye to any parking in the weekend) and get ready for a trek from literally the other side of the complex. And considering the only dumpster on the property is ...out here, you might be making the walk with trash bags. Plus side, though is they have an outside company that collects trash at your door. Bad side, it’s a three trash bag max and all trash has to fit in one standard sized trash can and not on the ground next to the can. This is a new rule they didn’t properly roll out and some people never got notices, including the entire building I live in so everyone here got a fine for having their trash on the ground. Not to mention they take every little holiday off so while they’re supposed to come five nights a week, you’re lucky if they come twice, in which case you get a fine on your door the next day for your trash still being out. I’ve lived here for nearly three years and the management has changed six times! Six! Including the office manager! And each one comes with their own new rules, despite being owned by an overall company. And each manager has been incredibly rude. As stated above, my entire building got fined for trash in the floor and when I tried to fight it with the office, I was told it was “a learning experience” and that I had to pay. All in all, the area and the neighbors are nice. You can expect your typical apartment style living but if you ever have to deal with the office, good luck. They’ve changed rules a dozen times and what was not a rule last week might be in effect this week and vice versa.Property Manager Responded

Diamond Creek Apartments
August 11, 2015Diamond creek staff can not manage a property. My car was towed due to them assigning my paling space to another apartment. They tell me after a year that I was not qualified to move in because I made too much money at the time. However had no problems at all taking my deposit and rent checks for a year and 3 months. Now I am being forced to move with no money, because they ate continuing to throw fees and charges at me, in 30 days. The complex itself is full of extremely rude extremely loud ...tenants who have overly foul language, including the small children, and will blare their loud rap or techno/dubstep music at all hours of the day. When you call to complain or ask for assistance with resolving any issue you are told there is nothing that can be done. The maintenance men tools my friend as we were sitting at the pool that they themselves try to do as little work possible and mostly "duct and paint what shows". I urge anyone who is considering moving in here to look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
We call it Home
July 28, 2015My wife has a debilitating autoimmune disease called dermatomyositis; it causes her body to attack her own musculoskeletal system. Still, we live in a second story apartment where she climbs a flight of stairs every day to our modest little home. The grounds are well kept, the staff are great, and the neighbors are as friendly as you are to them.Review from Apartments.com
