April 19, 2021These negative reviews are the most accurate. People argue all night and shootings happen, at the very least, once a week. People leave garbage everywhere and they need the maintenance man to babysit them by picking it up from around the dumpsters. Tenants leave garbage outside their doors, so animals rummage through them and scatter it everywhere. Neighbors fight with one another about EVERYTHING and EVERYONE smokes indoors. If you complain, they'll say it's hard to prove instead of walking the ...two minutes to smell the garbage you deal with every day. They do not answer the phone and then say you didn't call (or make up another excuse).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

If You Can Find An Alternative, Take It!
July 9, 20201. Management: They'll smile to your face, but if you have real problems, they'll turn their back on you. I had problems with neighbors smoking heavily, partying, smoking weed in the wide open, and nothing was done. 2. Maintenance: a) When they showed me the apartment, door were falling off their tracks in the bedroom and there was no closet door in the living room. When I told maintenance that new door were necessary, he told me he would remove the doors and put up curtain rods and I could hang ...curtains.b} When I went to hook up my washing machine, I found that the valved didn't work that that maintenance had shoved paper into the valve to slow the drip. c) I have lived with ants for the entire year lease; they spray outside, sometimes, but no pest control inside, despite the lease. They are in my bed, on my tables, walking in rows across the floor and at times, there is an infestation of flies; and I don't mean a few, I'm talking 100s. When I reported that, maintenance man replied, yea, they're bad this year. Don't expect repairs on a timely basis, I notified the office on some things, 4 months ago and they still aren't done. 3. This is NOT a "smoke-free" complex despite their representation, despite the fact that tenants must sign a lease addendum acknowledging that they understand. Over 75% of this complex smokes and if you complain, management will do nothing. If you are allergic to cigarette smoke like I am, and continue to complain, they don't go after the smoker, they go after you. 4. The apartments are SMALL. The represent my 2 bedroom apartment as over 700 square feet, but when you take into consideration limits because of doors, the real square footage of usable floor space is about 380 square feet. 5. I moved some furniture in the living room the other day and there is mold on the wall despite the fact that i run the AC regularly. 6. Some bad neighbors who don't respect the policies and contract, too many times there is trash all over the place because they'll send their kid who can't reach the dumpster they just leave it to the side where the skunks, birds, and squirrels pull it all out and strew it across the parking lot and lawn. 7. Bad neighbors: in the last year, we've had a stabbing and a shooting.Property Manager Responded

Way Better Options
September 25, 2019Big oaks in some locations is about the only positive thing I can say. There maintenance man is lazy and has no pride in his work, e.g. when they paint, they don't wipe up errant paint strokes landing on lights and paint right over the kitchen, bathroom, and door fixtures/hinges. They have had written notice from me since April 2019, informing them of a number of problems. They don't mind DECEIVING you with their "free internet" that is virtually impossible to access and when you do ... wait for ...it ... it is 100 times worse than the old dial up - I have run numerous ping test and most the time downloads are less than 1 megabyte, i.e., and you're hearing me correctly, 500 bits per hour. They overstate the square footage of the apartment by about 10%. Both electricity and natural gas are paid by tenant and are very high because 1) the building is poorly insulated and 2) natural gas bills are determined by a 3rd party who does not even provide you with meter readings on the bill (you're just supposed to trust them)Property Manager Responded
