Southgate Retreat Apartments

I lived there. And 3 months prior to moving out my AC stopped working and he also ghosted me on that. The place also has an ant and centipede problem. Multiple times homeless people broke in and loitered hallways and front entry area, was doing drugs and twice broke the glass side entry doors. Had to call the police multiple times about this. Packages were getting stolen and the landlord refused to up cameras or do anything about it. Because of people attempting to break in the front door the lock was constantly broken or not working and you were unable to use the front door for weeks at a time. There’s drug deals happening in the parking lot often and had to call the police about that as well. There’s also people who loiter and do drugs in the parking lot, near the dumpster, and yard area. I have photos to prove all of these claims. They never shovel the snow or salt the communal walkways. And plowing is hit or miss. I have never been late with my rent payments and left the apartment in great condition upon moving out. And after all I dealt with for the past 3 years they are ghosting me on returning my deposit.
