  • Maintenance is horrible and you'll pay the price.

    I should have known when I moved in and my neighbor told me he can fix anything because maintenance is horrible I picked the wrong spot . Upon moving in I realized that my apartment was not move in ready. Several things were broken the toilet being one of them. It took 2 months for them to come fix my toilet which led to water being wasted since it kept running. On Jan 3rd I logged in and noticed that my water bill was over $200 for a two br apartment. I called them and left a message which I ...
    have the screenshot and never received a call bk. On the 4th I went inside the office so my invoice could be corrected and it still wasn't done I went back into the office on the 5th and finally they gave me my correct balance so my rent can be paid. Oh, but this time it has two days worth of late days that they want to charge me because they had my invoice incorrect. Oh and half of the stuff when I moved in still has not been worked on. My waterheater broke last month while I was gone. I was told to come in days before the 1st to let know about the invoice instead of them doing their job and correcting it. Don't move here it's a waste. Can't wait for my lease to be over.

  • BAD MOVE IN EXPERIENCE

    I just signed the lease and I already have problems with them. They are REALLY slow at communicating with you. There is no sense of urgency from them. The unit that I lease do not resemble anything the one that I was shown. The one I was shown was updated with cabintes, countertops, nice paint and new light fixtures. I was expecting something that resembled that. However, the one that I have looks old, it's dirty the light fixtures are old and rusty, the cabinets are old and uneven, the ...
    paint job is nasty, the front door is dirty and peeling off. I have related all of these issues to them, but nothing has been resolved. I paid to move in early to have an easy uneventful move but now I can't even move in. I am paying for days that I can't use the apartment. I was told that the cabinets are in back order, and they are supposed to be in the future. That is going to be an inconvenience to have to a construction crew while I live there. I am NOT looking forward to live here for the next year. Stay tune with updates regarding my experience with them.

  • Great Place to live

    I have stayed here for 7 years now. Desi and Destany are super awesome. If you have an issue they will take care of it promptly. They are very professional and caring and that's the reason I continue to stay here. This is a place that I call home. It's close to major highways and surrounded by great schools.

  • Horrible apts

    If i could give a 0 i would.... Southpoint villas is not what it appears to be.... When we first moved in all the drains were clogged. They came to supposedly fix it nope they still were clogged. We needed a new drain disposal and instead they just "fixed" it until again i had to tell them its not working. Then weeks later our stove isn't working. This is ridiculous!!! Up until last night out fire alarm went off because of a malfunction of a 3rd floor being flooded. Not mention this happened a ...
    week ago as well. So many issues that they don't fix it yet they expect rent on 1st

  • DO NOT LIVE HERE! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!

    We moved here last August and the pool closed down for the WINTER in September. It is now July and its still closed! When we asked why they said it "fails inspection" and the volleyball court is inoperable and the gate never works. They might as well remove pool and gated community from their website. They never answer the phone and they always leave early. Maintenance requests are not taken seriously and P.S. it always smells like pot!

  • The staff is not responsive, and my maintenance orders have been ignored.

    The day I moved in the Apartment reeked of Cigarette smoke. These units are supposed to be smoke free. I have brought it to their attention multiple times throughout the last few weeks, and they have yet to even comment on it. The staff is not responsive, and my maintenance orders have been ignored.     chesterfield apartments an was greeted by Ms Oldham she was on here way to lunch but didn't mind at all helping me, she was Pleasant, nice, an didn't make me feel rushed at all as a matter of fact she made me feel at home before I even filled out an application. I told her about all the furniture I had an she pretty much let me know what would fit an what wouldn't... she gave me a tour of the whole property an a virtual tour of another apartment when we got back.... she had wonderful customer service an made me feel at home... now this is a place I would to make home!     There is nothing spectacular about this place. They charge far too much for what you're getting. Near a high school so you have to deal with traffic and teenagers. Unfriendly neighbors are of abundance here. You can never find parking if you come home late & there are creatures that roam the premises at night. Dogs in just about every apartment so don't step in the grass. Pool is decent but bathroom attached is pitiful. Mangers are not pleasant other than the Mellanie, who they chased away. Walls ...
