July 29, 2015Apartment is very spacious and is at a good rate, though that is going up for new rentals. Pros: -Good amount of space -Good price -Good location -Nice view -Friendly neighbors Cons: -Kitchen is tiny / cramped -No dishwasher -Outlets are cheap/old. Everything falls out for no reason, which always made me worried about fires. -No AC -No pets allowedReview from Apartments.com
