  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

    I have been living here for a very long time. Do not move here. It is trash literally, and physically. The trash company they hired does not come and pick up your trash on a regular basis. It leaves the neighborhood infested with vultures and other animals running around getting into your trash. In fact, as of this moment, my trash has been sitting outside of my front door for four days, going on five days. Also, the maintenance staff doesn’t fix ANYTHING! If you submit a work order online ...
    they’ll let it sit and sit then they’ll close it like they fixed the problem. I had to submit 4 work orders, email the rental office AND call the rental office multiple times just to get something fixed. Now it seems that I have to go through the same process yet again for another work order since they decided to close it out. Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration all together and just avoid this place. As an added kicker, the crime in the complex has gone up over the years. Once my lease is up I ABSOLUTELY WILL be moving!

    Previously someone made a 5 star review using my name without my permission. I moved here in a month ago after being advised the townhome was ready to move in. There was trash in the floor, my unit was never painted, I had to clean my own unit before moving in, the bathroom toilet need to be replace, the doors need to be repair, several steps is making loud cracking noise and etc. I’m not happy with this property whatsoever. I had multiples concerns about the cleaning of my unit before I moved ...

  • No maintenance, lots of trash

    I have been trying for THREE MONTHS to get them to do some maintenance on leaky pipes, stove burners keep flashing and flaring up, and the dishwasher doesn't work well. Mold keeps building up. We are very allergic to mold and have breathing problems because of it. I get lots of excuses from Management but no action. Also the trash valet skips a day almost every week, trash is piled up near the dumpster and strewn along the street.

  • Maintenance is a joke!

    You see, you can think you got a deal on rent, etc, but when something goes wrong and you are inconvenienced, then all he'll breaks lose! They took 4 months to fix my washer, and I let that slide, but now as I'm reviewing this my water leak problem has been going on since May. Don't move here its a joke!!!! They charge you for trash but as you will see in other reviews trash pickup is a joke!!!!!

    Everything was great then new management came and changed somethings. For instance the trash. We are charged for trash removal but the dumpster was dropped in the middle of our street and isn’t not emptied enough so trash is all over the place. It’s an absolute mess.

    I have lived here going on three years, this was a very big move from cross-country into a very unfamiliar unknown place however from the time I made my first phone call up until now everyone in the office has been extremely friendly extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure things are okay! There may be some issues that go on but they are not so dramatic and they are definitely not unfixable anytime I have had an issue they have been here. I will be honest there are times when ...
    things are frustrating because things are in constant rotation however there is nothing that we as a community can do about who they choose to have in management! For the most part it is clean here it is quiet and I definitely can go to sleep at night feeling safe. Everyone is going to have their own opinion however you are the one who is responsible for making where you live your home! And one more thing I work 14 hours a day and I am so happy to know that when I get home I can rest and be at peace.

    For the past 4.5-5 years the management turnover has made things very uncomfortable. The current management and maintenance will present the illusion of a professional, resident friendly environment, but don’t be fooled. The ratings for this property is usually between 1-2 stars, but even that is inaccurate. Just think of the list of things that can go wrong when you are a tenant, and I guarantee you will experience a few (if not all) of them if you decide to move here. There are bug issues, ...

  • Worst managed community I’ve lived in.

    Holly Station is by far the worst managed community I’ve lived in. Their maintenance procedures are in dire need to be overhauled. Usually a reported problem requires maintenance having to come to your home at least twice because the problem was never fixed upon the first visit. You can’t even speak to maintenance directly and going through an operator often ends up with jumbled messages. After your problem is reported, you never know when maintenance will actually show up to repair the problem ...
    and when they do, your problem is fixed the cheapest way possible. They cater to new residents only and provide them with the most up to date fixtures and appliances while long term residents suffer. Your rent is increased yearly while new residents are offered better units at a much lower rent. Do not be fooled by the facade they represent to the public. Unless you plan to live here for a year and move, please look elsewhere for your long term needs.
