January 17, 2025Need to update amenities. Need more than 2 working washer machines. Need a better kitchen very small. I have hotel rug in my bedroom from when the apartment was previously a hotel.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025We appreciate your feedback and we are actively working on additional updates for amenity spaces, we welcome any recommendations you may have to further discuss with our management team. During the rehab process, all apartments were built with new, modern European influenced features. We fortunately were able to preserve some of the lobby features of the hotel but the building did require the rest to be fully renovated. January 8, 2025The apartment is nice. I don’t like the mildew in the bathroom and one of outlet’s doesn’t work. Also the property manager towed my car less than a month living there for parking on the side of the building. However I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t park there. November 13, 2024Communal spaces are great, but the shared washing machines are often not working. The kitchen appliances, particularly the stove top and the fact that apartments do not come with a microwave is pretty terrible, especially considering the cost of rent here. The size of the stovetop does not allow for someone like me, who cooks very regularly and likes to meal prep, to cook in a convenient way. It's a problem I've never faced in apartments that I've lived in before which were much more affordable. ...The stove top needs to be changed period. If a living space does not allow for adequate preparation of meals then might as well stay in a hotel. The carpets in the shared spaces should be changed as well. I think the parking prices are excessive for what you are actually getting.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024I love it here at Spectra Plaza. Lots of light with the floor to ceiling windows. The amenities are really nice. Well-built building, nice and quiet. Walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and the common areas are well maintained. This is my first apartment experience, and I am loving it.Property Manager Responded
