February 25, 2025Location is nice and overall safe. Things ended are very close by. It’s mostly quiet, but the neighborhood behind the complex is very noisy. The leasing office is 20 minutes away along with the amenities. Maintenance takes a while to get to you unless you keep calling.Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2025Nice but sometimes loud noise from above apartment is painful. To reach the maintenance support is also hard. We raised service request for stove but has not solved till date.Review from Apartments.com

July 26, 2024Spencer Crossing is an amazing place to stay. The only downside is that the rental office and amenities are 16 minutes away. I’ve lived here for 4 months and have had no problems other than I had to go up to the rental office a lot within the first couples of weeks before i moved in.Review from Apartments.com

July 16, 2024Overall, Spencer Crossing is a nice community to live in. I haven't lived there long but no major problems. However, before moving in it was challenging.
