Do NOT rent here for your mental health
August 3, 2023We (2people) rented a one bedroom apartment here for a few years. We have finally got out and we haven’t looked back since! During our time here we had several issues with maintenance and management way overstepping boundaries. During a maintenance call when we had a ceiling leak, the maintenance guy asked if he could take a few pictures of the leak and I said of course. I walked out of the room and he came out shortly after, left for the day after he did what he could to fix it. Next day we come ...home from work to find a lease violation on our door with several things such as being too loud, leaving garbage in the hallways, leaving things on our balcony (the one we couldn’t both use at once because it wasn’t architecturally sound) which none of these things we have ever done. I called the next morning and the lady said she didn’t know what it was about and I was very worried because this was something that could affect us living there. And when I finally got an answer, she said “oh it’s because of your room” and I asked what about my room? She said “you know. I’m looking at pictures right now. You know what I’m talking about”. We had clothes on our floor and the maintenance guy had taken pictures of my floor and sent them to management and we got in trouble for having clothes on our floor. Then we were told we had to have our room cleaned by the next day? Are you kidding? This was the very start of several months of threats of lease violations and threats of eviction. Absolutely Ridiculous Management
June 28, 2022Ever since the management change here, it has been a total mess trying to coordinate maintenance and even calling the management office for help. Out of 4 washing machines in the laundry room 3 are somehow always broken. No one seems to answer the phone so communication is very poor. You cannot even leave a voicemail because the answering machine is full. There is a package theft issue here as well that they have “attempted”to fix. I honestly cannot wait to move out because I am 28 years old and ...this is by far the worst apartment experience I have had. Wonderful place to live
May 20, 2021I have lived at Springhill Apartments for a few years and my experience has been great. The buildings are quiet and well maintained and the neighbors are all very friendly. I have never had a single bad experience with a noisy neighbor or their pets. The office is great to deal with, everyone there is very kind and they respond to maintenance requests very quickly. The renovated apartments are especially great, and they have been renovating the outdoor areas as well. do not recommend
April 15, 2021This used to be a somewhat decent place, so many people moved out over the past 2 years and tons of apartments were empty. Since then theyve been scrambling to fill units and now they have allowed so many loud horribly inconsiderate people to move in. Im not sure they even do backround checks anymore. Was quiet here for a while but now theres kids running up and down the hallways at 7am being loud and treating it like a playground, drunk people arguing midweek in the hallways and in the parking ...lots. It's a shame because it was starting to be ok now the last 6 months with all the people that have moved in it's just been a nightmare and management don't care as long as they are making money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My favorite apartment so far!
October 8, 2015I have lived in four different apartment complexes in the last 7 years and Springhill is where I like it so far. The office ladies are a pleasure to deal with, the common areas are kept clean, and they have an excellent upgrade program. I went from living in a 1 BR to a 2 BR within a year. They allow dogs in certain buildings. They are a little more strict about following rules than I am used to but I respect it. I had a friends dog at my place for a few days and was called and asked to remove ...it since I should only have one dog - completely understandable. They actually enforce their visitor parking which isn't the best for visitors but it certainly is good for residents because we will always be able to park close to our buildings.
