December 31, 2024My review is based on this current residence in relativity to the previous one. Our former apartments were loud, no structure to the parking situation and environmental hygiene was lacking at best. This current place exists as a place with a reasonable amount of rules and structure, and for that, I'm appreciative!Review from Apartments.com

LOVE IT HERE
July 30, 2019We have been living here a little over 5 years now, we absolutely love it. We love the community, we feel safe, we all look out for each other here. The office staff is very friendly, maintenance does a fantastic job, any issues we have ever had were handled very quickly. Not to mention, the size of each apartment is something you will not be able to find anywhere else in this area, typical one bedrooms in this area start out at 500sq ft, here 700 , ours is a decent 2 bedroom 1 bath at 932 sq ft, ...with its own private fenced in backyard. January 25, 2019I initially contemplated against moving to this property, but finally made a decision to do so in July 2017. The management team has great customer service and is always helpful! Especially, the property manager-Rose Marie. She greets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing. My service requests are rectified in a timely manner and the property is well maintained.
