STAY AWAY
March 12, 2024I think the entire community of Denton and any future entrepreneurs who walk my path or decide to rent a space from the company I’m going through deserves to know the truth about Square 9/Adagio I’ve neverrrr been the one to make a post like this but I’m extremely fed up. Walked into work today to yet another mess. For 3 years, I’ve dealt with a roof leak at 505 S LOCUST ST & Rock debris falling Since the day after I signed a lease. Come to find out later down the line, the previous owner ...here experienced the exact same thing. Yet a pre-existing roof issue was never presented to me. Stay far far far away from 505 S LOCUST ST! Any anything owned by CB DENTON SQUARE LLCProperty Manager Responded

January 5, 2024Do not live here. My final straw was then refusing to fix our a/c for 5 days when our apartment reached 92 in July. Trash property.Property Manager Responded

Mandatory Cable Charge
July 28, 2023Square9 is now requiring you to pay for cable through them. You MUST pay for a TV package, which is 70 dollars a month. They have blocked all other internet service providers, including fiber internet installations, in favor of Charter which uses the inferior ADSL standard. If you choose to opt out, you cannot get an internet connection to your apartment.Property Manager Responded

There are better options
November 28, 2020I moved into a 2br/2ba in mid-October. I moved from out of state so was only able to do a video tour before signing the lease. I was told during the video tour that a washer/dryer was purchased and would be installed prior to my move in. On the day I moved in I went to pick up my keys and was told the washer/dryer were back ordered. They had no ETA and had known about the issue for over a week. I was not happy but accepted that with COVID things are delayed. Now I see them advertising apartments ...with brand new washers/dryers all the while I am on week 6 without having any. I am insulted that they have put the washer/dryers in unoccupied units before placing them in my unit. It’s obvious they don’t care about their tenant after the lease is signed. Outside of that the apartment is fine. The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors. In Adgio there are lots of dogs that are always barking and there are regularly dog messes around the property...which aren’t cleaned up. In my opinion there are better options in the area.Property Manager Responded

I can assure you we don't have vacant units with washer/dryers, the ones we have received have all gone to occupied units. We truly wish we had an extra set that we could move to your apartment. We're sorry to hear about the issue with dogs- you are the first person to report this to us, so we will definitely keep an eye out for messes.
