bedroom because the ceiling lights are too harsh. The bathtub is a great size for a nice relaxing bath. While I love the space, I think the apartment could definitely benefit from a little more closet space. And then there's the rooftop patio! Spectacular view! 270 degrees of visibility, from Mount Rainier to the city skyline! And they have a grill for community use. It's an amazing place to hang out after a long day at work. Location is awesome too! Right on the edge on the International District, a short 30 minute walk to both Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle. I feel safe walking around at night on Jackson alone, but I would not be comfortable walking some of the side streets as they are pretty dark. But it's very residential around that area and that helps the atmosphere. Also, it's right down the street from Franz Bakery and when the breeze is blowing right, you can smell them baking. There are bus stops right down the street that can take you pretty much anywhere. There's a QFC down the street and you can walk to the QFC in Capitol Hill too. There's also a Red Apple just up the street, but that's more expensive. All in all, I would give it 4 starts out of 5, and I definitely want to stay another year!
