First month was nothing but noise. Sent emails with video proof and all I got in return was empty apologies and excuses for the neighbor. I work from home and couldn’t work from home due to the immense noise. First rent payment I made I had issues with the payment link they provided me and not only did they blame me for it but gave me an evection notice. Do not rent from here and do not even consider their reply to this post valid. Because they do not care and have zero problem solving ...

Cheap and calm

I just moved in here recently and it’s a very calm and peaceful complex. I haven’t seen anyone give us trouble and all of our appliances work great. If you have a large dog as well this is the perfect place, cheap apartments that allow big dogs. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone

I'm not hard to please but these places are HORRIBLE!

The water at this apartment complex does not get hot at all. Lukewarm water on the best day. We asked to have it fixed repetitively and there are always excuses or are told that it was fixed while we were gone. People are also extra nosy here and break ins are considered an everyday norm. If you value hot showers,privacy and keeping your valuables safe...I wouldnt choose live here. We are so glad our lease Is finally up. I have also been charged rent after already paying it on numerous ...
occasions. Mistakes like this are common. I wish I could give these a 0 star rating. Please save yourself the stress. Dont rent from here.
