New management, new good thing to come.
December 12, 2020I have lived in the St Croix Apartment for 11 years and recently had problems with my air conditioning. I am a person of almost70 years , with health problems and the idea of spending a long time without airconditioning was something worrisome. Thank God it wasnot for long time since a few days the office provided me with two portables airs while the necessary part arrived. I foundoutthat we have a New Management,which I liked, well, that lets me know that things are going for better. I do ...nothave car, but it is not a problem for me because I have public transport, in addition, I have shops, supermarkets, restaurants so close that I can walk. New management, Great living
November 30, 2020I am a resident of St Croix apartments since last 6 months. I was disappointed with the standard of maintenance of the old management, but to my good luck the old owners sold this property to new owners, PEAK LIVING in September 2020. Within 2 months the new management resolved all my maintenance issues. They bring new security company, which effectively curbed the drug activity at property. Monica the community manager is an amazing woman, with outstanding abilities to bring positives changes to ...a property which earned a bad name due to drug and maintenance issues. Poor Management
June 28, 2017Services is horrible and they won't fix crap and yet so quick to charge for late fees. For such a nice place with poor management. Don't take my word pictures don't lie. Monica had my car towed because the vehicle had to tags. the paper tag that was in the back of the car was expired meanwhile I had my metal plate in the front of the windshield along with the parking sticker they've giving me. she had my car towed for no such reason and somebody needs to reimburse me the money I had to spend to ...get my car out of the lot and because of that I had to lose work that day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

not that bad
July 26, 2015this place is not that great really. Youre close to a park and some stores and restaurants but it has its issues. The apartments themselves aren't well made but have plenty of room.
