Dogs out of control / slow responses from property manager
January 25, 2025I have had nothing short of a horrible experience living here the past 3+ years. Dogs continue to be the downfall of my and several tenants living experiences here (even after I have told the property manager repeatedly to remove the pets above me - nothing has changed in over a year). St George’s should charge whoever owns a pet atleast $300/month in damaging fees upfront and reduce the rent for non-pet owners for the stress/annoyance we have to put up with. I am writing this review on an ...early Saturday morning instead of sleeping in. Would not recommend this place at all if you value sleep.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 28, 2017I have lived at the 400 Passaic Ave building for two years and it is an excellent place to live. The staff are very attentive and quickly respond to any inquiries or requests you may have. They are very flexible, courteous and accommodating. The location is great with Tops Diner right next door and a short walk to the Harrison Path Station or the Newark Broad Street NJTransit Station. Would highly recommend.Review from Apartments.com
