Maintenance is horrible!
September 6, 2017Two and 1/2 years to control roaches! Garbage disposal didn't work for weeks, then new one installed incorrectly and leaked for almost a month, badly! Finally repaired, warped cabinet under ignored! A/C wall unit took over a month to replace recently, this came with unit and was on rental agreement. Now, a 20% increase in rent? OFFENSIVE!!!! St, Marys Arms
August 14, 2015This apartment complex is one of thee best I've ever lived in. Unlike the other apartments I've rented from, the manager ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS keeps the apartment complex clean. From the outside, all three floors, even the trash area. They are extremely fast with getting maintenance to the building, sometimes the same day the request is put in. They management is also very friendly and even willing to help after hours if necessary. On top of that we're in a good location where I can take my ...daughter outside for walks. We're literally walking distance from the beach and all of the shopping areas downtown at the Pike. I really love it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 25, 2015In the hustle and bustle of downtown Long Beach, there are a few things easy to appreciate about St. Mary's Arms. 1) Free indoor parking. 2) Surprisingly quiet and calm block. 3) Elevator! 4) Nice Balcony. 5) Large bedrooms. 6) Secure entrance, video surveillance, and well-lit. 7) Great Apt Manager on site.Review from Apartments.com
