October 17, 2020We’ve been living at St. Tropez for the last 10 years and have been unbelievably happy! The community is very quiet and peaceful at all hours of the day. The staff at the leasing office, Stephanie and Rene more specifically are customer and solution-focused professionals who go above and beyond for the residents and the property. The staff are extremely caring and the maintenance crew are always available to help. My kids really enjoy the pool and the park we have right next door. I've been here forever because I love it here
October 14, 2020I have been at St. Tropez since 2007 (long time) and I am currently in my 4th apartment (as my family or needs grew). The area is quietly nestled on a no outlet with Lake Ruth, Canal and Park on three sides (think Zombie Apocalypse) Crime is one of the lowest in the area as shown in the Crime Mapping App (I've also never had a problem with Amazon Packages being stolen and sitting at my door all day). The Leasing Staff is one of the main reasons I stay, with their responsiveness, attitude and ...friendly interaction (understatement, they're wonderful and not twisting my arm). The view of the Lake is beautiful, safety for my children, access to food and entertainment, the Park, what more can I say?
