Good place to live
October 23, 2024I really enjoy the ease of living here. It is close to campus and directly on the bus route which makes getting to class super easy. Maintenance requests are also always fixed as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded

Bugs
October 14, 2024This place would be perfect if it weren't for the bug situation. I have called maintenance three times now and still bugs persist. They are in the kitchen and the bathrooms and seem to have no reaction to cleaning or bug spray. Everything else is great, its a good location and management is really nice, but I cannot overlook bugs.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024Stadium View is a great and affordable place to live! The apartments themselves are more than spacious enough for residents. (Two walk in closets??) Parking situation is also great! In addition to having a home-like feel to the apartments, the staff is so friendly! They’re super eager to help you out with a positive attitude! July 26, 2024Very welcoming and helpful staff. When I first moved in I had a lot of work orders that had to be placed and they took forever to get situated. However once the new maintance crew was hired things started to get fixed either the day of the work order or the following day. For a college student the apartments are very spacious and nice. I never heard any of my neighbors but you will hear all of the traffic.Property Manager Responded
