    BEWARE! There are weekly break-ins, car thefts, or vandalism because of ZERO security and broken gates and doors across the property allowing ANYONE to come inside.

  • Lots of crime, security doors constantly broken or open, roaches, so many issues

    Don't be fooled by how it looks. Behind the scenes it's a joke. Constant crime and cars constantly getting stolen or wheels jacked. Most recently, the garage door has been broken - and *stuck open* - for almost two weeks now and - surprise - more garage crime. Management cannot get its act together to do sh*t about these issues. They ignore them, pretend like they're not happening, or act like they're doing the best they can (Really, you can't get a garage door fixed in a day or two?). Other ...
    recent issues: the only guest entry door was broken for 3 months, other security doors broken for days and weeks at a time, roach issues, power issues, ac issues. And I haven't even been here a year. AVOID.
