January 2, 2025As long as I have been in this community it is still a great place live. I've always given a 5 star rating because it was well deserved. My reasoning for the 4 star is simply because of the up keep of the property grounds. In the last several months I have noticed a lack of care for the property among residents who would rather throw their trash on the ground rather than using the dumpsters that are placed throughout the property or putting it in a trash receptable inside their units. Also, ...people with animals walk their pets and will not clean up after them which is totally disgusting and disrespectful to others who do clean up after their pets. We have been without a grounds technician for a while and even so, it's so unfair to them to have to clean up other peoples dog waste. With that said, it's still a great and wonderful community to reside in. Management, office staff, and the maintenance crew are phenomenal!Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2024I have been living at Stanford Mills Apartments for almost three years. I find it to be very noise free, which is very welcoming. The grounds are well maintained, which gives me pleasure when I do my walks. The residents are very nice and take an interest in making conversation. It gives me something to look forward to when I stepped outside. Although this summer was very hot, we were still able to chat with each other. I also like the age group variation of people who live in the community. ...Maintenance and staff are very helpful, friendly and caring. They get the job done.
