September 26, 2019Couldn't wait to move from rodents damage to mold they could never quite fix problems only put band aids on it and the problems came back and they ignore you for months I had water damage from a leak upstairs and took 6 months to fix the wall and it already started to crack a few months later. Everything and the electric is out dated they care more of what the outside looks like than the inside. They have no amenities just a convenience of being close to public water access and park that gets ...trashed and has unwanted crowds dealing drugs at night. Rent kept going up and wasn't even worth staying they also can't keep anyone in the leasing office you can complain about the same thing to 5 different people and nothing still gets doneProperty Manager Responded

Terrible place to live
October 24, 2018Absolutely terrible place to live. I have been here for two years with nothing but troubles, I am looking forward to moving out due to all of the issues. The buildings are extremely old and outdated, only 2 receptacles per a room at best. Many buildings have mold (in multiple units within the building) with the residents having to be relocated to other locations. Have also had rodent issues (rats, mice, and bats). The park down the street keeps getting vandalized (trash cans and benches get ...flipped over), people normally go there to smoke pot bringing an unwanted crowed after hours. My vehicle and my husband's vehicle have been hit and we have had multiple flat tires due to roofing contractors leaving supplies around. Plus when you get evicted they literally toss your belongings to the street for passer by's to pick through.Property Manager Responded

Please be aware that we have a very precise and detailed program within our computerized service records that logs in when mold/mildew is originally detected and generates follow up tickets at 30 day intervals automatically. Relative to your report of rodent issues in your home or in common areas, please make certain that our Stansbury Manor office is contacted whenever you feel you need service. We maintain a very close communication with the local district of the Baltimore County Police and we have not been advised that they have observed or experienced any negative issues related to the County Park.However, if you are aware of specific illegal activity is taking place, we urge you to contact the proper authorities. Lastly, eviction proceedings are orchestrated by the court system and we must follow suit through a specific ...process that preserves both the rights of the landlord and the tenant. Great Place to Live!
October 2, 2015I rented my apartment sight unseen due to a job move. I was so thrilled when I arrived to my new home. The staff was excellent and had a little welcome packet waiting for me with helpful info about the neighborhood. Close access to MARC train, water views, large open spaces, friendly neighbors and very quite. Close to White Marsh Mall, The Avenue and downtown Baltimore. Great for the buck
September 19, 2015I love the large rooms that are nicely laid out and I have my back window of my kitchen that I can see the lagoon of Middle River behind me as well as Dinning room window also which is so beautiful especially at night. I like everything is electric and it is affordable. Everything is close like schools, shopping plaza and gas as well as restaurants or fast food. ( White Marsh Mall) is only six miles close enough but far enough for privacy. Having that I also have a nice back patch of grass I have ...my swing on and I come home after a day at work and just enjoy the breeze and the sun with the ducks and squirrels that just makes it great. The property is covered with beautiful trees that shade and the flowers and bushes that line the apartments as you walk along the side walk in which I walk up to the local park just a short walk from where I live. I always see neighbors walking their dogs and they always talk to me. We also have 2 Laundry mats on the property with brand new top load washers and dryers and the buildings are locked for our protection but around here you need not worry.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015Looking for peace and quite your in for a surprize Standsbury is by a airport and belive it or not its quite . These apts while older are well taken care of with plenty old growth trees a water view , pets are allowed in Middle River, Maryland near trains , private planes , inerstates , boat launch ,fishing . Staff who care and you can talk to . Family's are welcome with open arms as well as singles and treated as family here. 1&2 bedroom apts as well as 2 & 3 townhomes .
